2023—2024冰雪季，黑龙江省哈尔滨极地公园以“冰天雪地大美龙江、淘学企鹅温暖极地”为主题，连续举办80场“淘学企鹅”冰雪大巡游，曝光量突破100亿。哈尔滨市文化广电和旅游局局长王洪新说，极地公园的企鹅已成为哈尔滨冰雪旅游的一张靓丽名片。

在南极企鹅岛，成群结队的企鹅有的闭目养神，好似沉思。有的盯着游客，仿佛要交流。有的不停戏水，精彩演绎速度与激情，吸引着游客。游客们隔着玻璃与企鹅合影、录制小视频，纷纷议论企鹅的俏皮活泼。
On Penguin Island, groups of penguins can be seen resting with closed eyes, as if contemplating life. Some gaze at visitors, seemingly wanting to communicate. Others play in the water tirelessly, showcasing their speed and enthusiasm, attracting tourists. Visitors take photos and record videos with the penguins through the glass, praising their playful and lively nature.
哈尔滨极地公园董事长介绍，“不是每个人都能去南极看企鹅，所以我们让南极企鹅从极地公园里走出来，到冰天雪地巡游，以此吸引全国各地游客来到哈尔滨，赏冰乐雪看企鹅。”
The Chairman of Harbin Polarland introduced, "Not everyone can go to Antarctica to see penguins, so we bring Antarctic penguins out of the Polarland for ice and snow tours, attracting tourists from all over the country to Harbin to enjoy ice, snow, and penguins."
